A former Seattle college soccer star and indoor soccer club owner was indicted for “massive” tax fraud, while he’s currently jailed on sexual assault charges in Arizona.

The Department of Justice says 46-year-old Dion Earl is accused of dramatically inflating his income from Puget Sound car dealerships and as the owner of Dion Earl’s Total Soccer & Tennis Camps on tax documents.

It says between 2008 and 2014, Earl falsified documents and collected more than $1.1-million in tax refunds.

His arraignment hasn’t been scheduled on the accusations yet as he is held on sexual assault allegations in Arizona.

Earl was a star soccer player at Seattle Pacific University in the 90’s.
