Former Coug Minshew looks to be Jags back-up QB

Former Washington State University quarterback Gardner Minshew appears to have locked up the Jacksonville Jaguars back-up quarterback job behind starter Nick Foles.  Minshew played most of Thursday night’s pre-season game as the Jags lost to the Miami Dolphins 22-7.  He was 17-27 passing for 141 yards.  He also had an 18-yard run.

Minshew was Jacksonville’s 6th-round draft pick after being named Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year last season.
