Day Two of the High School Basketball State Tournament

It’s day two of the high school basketball State Tournament in Yakima and six Whatcom County teams remain competing at the SunDome Thursday.

On KPUG, the Lynden Christian boys play first against King’s Way Christian with coverage starting at 10:15am and a 10:30am tip-off. The Mount Baker boys will follow fighting the Zilllah Leopards at 12:15pm. This evening the Lynden Christian girls will take on Lakeside (Nine Mile) at 5:30pm. All three games can be heard on KPUG 1170AM, 97.9FM and streaming online at KPUG1170.com.

On our sister station KGMI, the Lynden girls start the day taking on East Valley with coverage beginning at 10:15am and a 10:30am tip-off. The Lynden boys battle Columbia River this evening at 5:30pm and with coverage starting at 5:15pm. Following after, the Nooksack Valley girls will go up against the Cashmere Bulldogs in another late night match-up with a 9pm tip-off time. All three games can be heard on KGMI 790AM, 96.5FM and streaming online at KGMI.com.
