Washington’s Dante Pettis has been named the PAC-12 special teams player of the week. The star wide receiver and return man set the conference record for career punt return touchdowns with his 7th in a 63-7 win over Montana Saturday.

It’s the third time Pettis has garnered a Pac-12 player of the week honor.

The senior out of San Clemente, California has returned a punt for a score in the first two games of the season for the 6th ranked Huskies. He needs just one more to tie the NCAA record.
