Former Lynden Christian High School basketball star Cole Bajema has announced he’s transferring to the University of Washington. Bajema played his freshman season at Michigan. Bajema made the following statement on his Twitter feed Saturday night, “I want to thank the University of Michigan and all the fans for all the support. I am grateful for all the relationships and memories I have made there. After careful consideration I am excited to announce I am committing to the University of Washington. Go Dawgs!”
Due to NCAA transfer rules Bajema will have to sit out next season.
