This Sunday the Super Bowl lineup will be set as we kick off the Conference championships on KPUG. First off in the AFC we have the Jaguars lead by underdog QB Blake Bortles and an amazingly fun defense taking on the defending champion New England Patriots on the Pat’s home turf. The Patriots are tough at home, but rumors have swirled all week about QB Tom Brady’s hand injury. Will he play? Will the red gloves come off? Tune into The Sports Leader with coverage beginning at 11:00AM with a 12:05PM Kickoff on 1170AM & 97.9FM KPUG.

Immediately after the AFC Championship you can catch the Vikings invading Philly. The Eagles, lead by Ferndale native Doug Pederson are missing their star quarterback Carson Wentz, but so far replacement QB Nick Foles has been up to the task in the playoffs. The Vikings lead by QB Case Keenum who stepped in for injured starter Sam Bradford early in the season, are fighting to make their first Super Bowl appearance since Jimmy Carter was in the White House.
