Bellingham swept in weekend road trip

Bellingham United FC lost to South Sound FC, 4-1, Sunday at Harry Lang Stadium to get swept in a weekend road trip.

The Hammers also lost to the Vancouver Victory 5-1 on Saturday.

With the losses, Bellingham (4-3-1) falls to third place in the Evergreen Premier League.

The Hammers return to the pitch Sunday, June 8 against Yakima United FC at Civic Stadium. It will be the first meeting of the season for the teams.
