Wind Advisory For Western Whatcom County



BELLINGHAM, Wash. -- It’s time to double check your windows, fall is here and making up for the dry spell.

The National Weather Service is issuing a wind advisory for Western Whatcom County today through to 5 tomorrow morning.

We’ll see winds around 20 to 35 miles per hour with gusts up to 50.

The stormy weather is expected to shake loose dead branches and could knock down weaker trees.
Local power outages are a possibility.
