Possible Fight Brewing Over Tully's Coffee

SEATTLE, Wash.  (Metro)  -- There may be a fight this week among groups who are asking a federal bankruptcy court to let them pick up the pieces of Seattle's bankrupt Tully's Coffee.

The "Puget Sound Business Journal" says the fight will probably involve a group headed by actor Patrick Dempsey, Starbucks and possibly Green Mountain Roasters.

Green Mountain bought Tully's wholesale division in 2009.

Starbucks has said it wants only part of Tully's.
