SEATTLE, Wash. (Metro) -- A communications expert at the University of Washington says Mitt Romney came out strong in last night's Presidential candidates debate, but President Obama did a better job on policy specifics.
Matt McGarrity tells "The Seattle Times" that moderator Jim Lehrer was weak, but that may have forced the candidates into more detail.
McGarrity says he can't decide who actually won the debate.
