Kelly Clarkson lapped up the perks of her pop star life as she was given a behind-the-scenes tour of her favorite TV show, "The Vampire Diaries."

The "Since U Been Gone" hitmaker was invited to the Atlanta, Georgia set after meeting the show's executive producer Julie Plec backstage at her concert at Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl last month.

Clarkson chatted to cast and crew members and even posed for a picture with Australian actress Claire Holt, who plays vampire Rebekah Mikaelson.

Holt posted a photo of herself with Clarkson on her Twitter.com page and tweeted, "Special visitor on set today... So great to meet you Kelly Clarkson."
