Cee Lo Green denies sexual assault allegation

Cee Lo Green has dismissed an allegation he sexually assaulted a woman in Los Angeles.

A mystery female has filed a police report against the Forget You hitmaker, real name Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, with the L.A. Police Department, according to TMZ.

Detectives have visited a restaurant in Downtown L.A. and questioned several employees, including the manager, in connection with the complaint.

Officials have not revealed when and where the alleged incident took place and have not identified the woman.

Green has now spoken out to protest his innocence, telling TMZ, "Nothing ever happened there (in the restaurant) or anywhere else."

No charges have been filed and the case has not yet been referred to prosecutors.
