Bellingham, Wash. -- It’s a sign spring is just around the corner.
The ‘Clean Green’ yard waste facility re-opens this weekend.
People in Bellingham and Whatcom County can bring residential yard waste to the transfer station at Lakeway and Woburn Streets starting tomorrow and it will be turned into compost.
‘Clean Green’ will now be open every Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. until its season ends in late fall.
